Rohan Verma brings over a decade of technology investing experience to his Principal role at Lewis & Clark Ventures. 

Prior to joining Lewis & Clark Ventures, Rohan was a Principal at Moderne Ventures, a leading proptech venture capital fund. From 2016 to 2022, he was one of the founding members of Assurant Ventures, the corporate venture capital arm of Assurant (NYSE:AIZ). In this role, Rohan focused on investing in high-growth technology startups in the proptech, fintech, and autotech verticals, with multiple successful exits. Previously, he co-founded the M&A Sourcing team at Assurant. Rohan began his career as a consultant with Bain & Company.

Rohan has been a board member or observer in several companies including Vacasa (NASDAQ:VCSA), HelloTech, OneAssist, Simplesurance, Mojio, and Dispatch. He also led an investment in Cazoo (NYSE:CZOO), the leading online used-car marketplace in Europe.

Rohan received his M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He lives in Atlanta with his wife and daughter.
