David is an Operating Partner at Lewis & Clark Ventures.

He has led companies, both large and small, public and private, across a range of industries including consumer goods, professional services, and financial services. He has served as a trusted advisor and consultant to Fortune 500 CEO’s and other leaders helping to address key strategic and operating challenges. David is also an award-winning member of the adjunct faculty of the Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis, where he teaches entrepreneurship and strategy.

Prior to joining the team David held numerous chief and senior executive roles, including CEO of Ironrock Investments, President and CEO of Everest University Online, Division President of Eagle Snacks, an Anheuser Busch company, and Partner at Bain and Company.

David holds an M.B.A. from Harvard University and a B.A. from Tufts University.
