Amper Welcomes Dustin Deno as Chief Revenue Officer

Amper is excited to bring on board Dustin Deno as its new Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). Previously an advisor to the company, Deno now steps into an official leadership role to drive Amper’s aggressive growth goals.

With a proven track record in SaaS and deep personal ties to the manufacturing industry, Dustin brings a unique blend of expertise and passion to this pivotal role where he will help Amper scale.

Dustin has spent the past 13 years leading revenue teams at top SaaS companies, including Salesforce, Showpad, and Affinity, where he honed his skills in driving customer value and achieving sustainable growth.

However, his roots run deep in manufacturing: “Part of the passion I have for Amper is driven by how I grew up,” Dustin shared. “My father and uncle still have a machine shop in Indiana. I grew up machining parts and being part of a manufacturing company that grew from a small mom-and-pop shop to a decent-sized facility.”

With an ambitious vision and robust strategy, Deno is focused on building Amper’s future and reinforcing the company’s mission to simplify manufacturing operations. His appointment marks a new phase of innovation and growth for Amper as it continues to transform how manufacturers track, plan, execute, and improve operations.
