Kaizen Health Launches in Grand Rapids

Kaizen Health, Disability Advocates of Kent County and the city of Grand Rapids, Michigan, have partnered to launch a six-month pilot program of GO!Bus Plus service. The pilot program will utilize a mobile app and web portal to offer pre-scheduled and on-demand rides with various transportation providers, creating an accessible, multi-modal transportation experience.
