Beam Benefits, the digitally-native employee benefits company, today announced its ranking (No. 91) on the 2024 Inc. 5000 Regionals: Midwest list.

Beam was recognized for the third year in a row on Inc.’s most prestigious fastest-growing companies list,  due to its exponential revenue growth. The company serves thousands of employers across the country to make their employees’ lives healthier, happier, and more financially sound.

The announcement comes on the heels of a period of rapid growth in 2023 when Beam grew its revenue by more than 35% year-over-year, reaching almost 400,000 individuals covered across the country, and more than 630,000 policies in force. Beam’s rapid growth is a reflection of the company’s expanded benefits portfolio and continued investment in new platform capabilities.

Beam’s significant revenue growth also merited a spot on the coveted Deloitte Fast 500 list and Inc. 5000 list in 2023.
