Lewis & Clark Ventures raises $50m for new tech fund

Lewis & Clark Ventures (LACV) raised $50.5 million for its Lewis & Clark Ventures II LP fund. Launched in 2015, LACV focuses on providing capital to startups “between the coasts,” geographic areas the firm says are often overlooked by coastal investment funds. 

Moving forward, Brian Hopcraft said he believes there are opportunities to invest in startups that have developed technology and innovation — in sectors such as health care and foodservice — that fit the needs of post-pandemic society. Read the full article here
