Matt Shandy is now an associate at Lewis & Clark Ventures. He is responsible for investment sourcing and execution, portfolio management, and exit events.

Prior to joining Lewis & Clark Ventures, Matt was a corporate attorney at Cooley LLP, where he specialized in high-growth startups and venture capital. During his legal career, Matt advised clients on over $1 billion in total deal value, with over $400 million in venture capital financings. Matt holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Oklahoma and a J.D. from the University of Virginia.
