Prior to joining Lewis & Clark Ventures, Rohan was a Principal at Moderne Ventures, a leading proptech venture capital fund. From 2016 to 2022, he was one of the founding members of Assurant Ventures, the corporate venture capital arm of Assurant (NYSE:AIZ). In this role, Rohan focused on investing in high-growth technology startups in the proptech, fintech, and autotech verticals, with multiple successful exits. Previously, he co-founded the M&A Sourcing team at Assurant. Rohan began his career as a consultant with Bain & Company.

Prior to joining Lewis & Clark Ventures, Nick worked in the technology investment banking group at William Blair and previously spent time at a TMT-focused investment bank. He began his career as a CPA, where he led M&A financial due diligence for private equity clients.
