Tim Spihlman brings 20+ years of senior leadership success across a variety of industries and business models to his Managing Director role with Lewis and Clark Ventures. As an operator, Tim led three successful exits in varying growth-stage businesses. As an investor, he executed strong returns in multiple business exits.

Over the course of his career, Tim has worked for companies ranging from startup to a global business with over $6 billion in revenue; from turnarounds to 100%+ annual growth business environments. While the business and their operating environments differ greatly, the common theme of "People first, people development" has allowed Tim to drive value creation for organizations from an operator, investor and Board member perspective.  Tim is a CPA and a graduate of Bradley University, with a degree in Business Administration.
